This one is still on its way to our reviewers!

Louie and Hector are the best friends in the universe. Get ready to laugh out loud as the two boys fall in and out and eventually back into their best friendship ever through a series of funny secrets that neither one was supposed to reveal. Each episode is told in a journal format in four parts: “Best Friends in the Universe,” “Best Friends in the Universe Forever and Ever,” “Worst Friends in the Universe,” and finally “Worst Secret Keepers in the Universe But Still Best Friends Forever and Ever.”

And Louie and Hector’s comical dialogue will have kids howling!

Louie: “I’m going to make up an ugly dance move called the Horrible Hector.”
Hector: “I’m going to invent a disgusting, rotten drink called the Icky Louie.”
Both: “That’s it! This book is canceled.”

But just like most friendships, Hector and Louie find a way to stay best friends forever — but maybe not the most trusted secret keepers!

Pack your bags and get ready to travel the world!

Everything & Everywhere by @marcmartinillo is FILLED with information from around the world! You will feel like you traveled near and far learning about animals, food, architecture, languages, people, and so much more!

The illustrations look like a painting with a ton of detail on each page. You will 100% look at this book many times. It is not a book you would read in one sitting because of the large amount of information.

I found the New York City pages funny because I live here! I had to laugh at some points chosen to be included. Coffee is pronounced Kaw-fee AND there are too many rats to count?! Very interesting choices indeed. 😂

Really interesting book! This releases 10/9.

Anyone have fire truck fans? 🖐🏻Double tap if you have some fans at home! My kids love them! 🚒 Every year my boys ask for a Hess truck for Christmas! They were thrilled the year of the fire truck!

Fire Truck Dreams by Sharon Chriscoe is a very cute story about the end of a fire truck’s day and into his dreams. The text is in rhyme which my kids always love!

The illustrations by @dmott70 are adorable. Swipe to see some.

We look forward to reading some of the other books in this series.

Porcupine’s Pie (10/9/18) is a perfect book to read for the first day of Fall! Porcupine is preparing for the Fall Feast Day and helping everyone out with ingredients! Look closely at the illustrations because Porcupine is running into some trouble with his ingredients as well!

We really enjoyed this book! We took a photo of the pie recipe and hope to work on our baking skills soon!

Play doh and toothpick porcupines were a lot of fun to make! They were great to play with as we reread the book! Would you hug a porcupine?!
